Vigilance ISR Academy is establishing a UAS Training and Center of Excellence based on Simlat Training Systems at their premises at Eindhoven Airport in the Netherlands.
As from February 2008 the Basic UAS Operator/Analyst Course based on Simlat advanced STS PRO training and simulation systems will be conducted at the VISRA in Eindhoven. The focus will be on NATO, NATO-Partners for Peace (PfP), Government and civilian customers from Europe and the USA. In the framework of the collaboration between the companies, Vigilance ISR Academy will provide the content, training and support and Simlat will provide the STS-PRO training and simulation systems.
The STS PRO training and simulation system enables the qualification and training - both basic and concurrent - of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) users and operators in a synthetic environment that simulates the real world.
The STS PRO is designed to support all kinds of UAS operators - from novice to expert,
